Known as Zichen Pei “子辰佩”, the jade carving merges a rat and a dragon. In Chinese tradition, the rat symbolizes children “子”, and the dragon embodies Chen “辰”. This fusion symbolizes the future success and outstanding abilities of children as they grow up “望子成龍”.
